Nancy Hintz

Nancy Hintz is Co-founder and Executive Director of Million Meal Movement. Founded in 2007, the organization has rallied over 100,000 volunteers of all ages and abilities, to package and distribute over 35 million nutritious meals to food banks and pantries in Indiana.

Nancy Hintz is also Director of Human Resources at Global BioAg Linkages, a leading organization in sustainable agriculture. She oversees corporate training, professional certification, talent acquisition and author to BioAg World Digest. She leads the development of BioAg World Academy, a knowledge initiative to advance the industry’s understanding of technological and biological advances which support sustainable farming and yield enhancement.

Her favorite thing about Million Meal Movement is the rippling effect it creates in our communities. She believe hands-on volunteer experiences have the power to uplift, motivate, and transform communities, creating positive ripples that extend beyond Million Meal Movement packing events.
